Predictable pricing

Monthly Bookkeeping Pricing

Pricing is based on the actual monthly workload rather than an open-ended hourly meter. Your fee is confirmed after reviewing the accounts, transaction volume, and current condition of the books.

Typical monthly ranges

The ranges below are a useful starting point rather than automatic quotes. The final monthly fee depends on transaction volume, number of accounts, entity complexity, quality of the current records, and the amount of recurring follow-up the work requires.

Package profileTypical monthly feeBest fit
Straightforward$325–$375Low transaction volume, a small number of accounts, current books, and limited monthly questions.
Core$400–$475Moderate monthly activity, multiple bank or card accounts, routine reconciliations, and standard financial reports.
Higher Complexity$550+Greater transaction volume, more accounts, project tracking, frequent exceptions, or additional reporting needs.

One-time onboarding or cleanup

If setup, conversion, or manageable cleanup is required before normal monthly bookkeeping begins, that work is evaluated and priced separately as a one-time project. You will know the onboarding scope before it is added to the monthly relationship.

What pricing does not include

Payroll processing, daily bill pay, collections, tax-return preparation, routine paper handling, and full outsourced accounting-department services are not included in the monthly packages.

Why a monthly fee? A defined recurring price gives you a predictable bookkeeping expense and supports a consistent schedule for completing the work.
